Job Title: Sales Executive (B2C)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

## Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our B2C sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

## Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and field visits (if required).

• Present and explain products/services to customers in a clear and compelling manner.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Convert leads into sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/sales reports regularly.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.

## Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in B2C sales or customer-facing sales roles.

• Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also apply.

## Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail, education, real estate, banking, healthcare, or consumer product sales is an advantage.

• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face and over the phone.

• Willingness to travel locally, if required.
