
Territory Sales Manager – Team Handling & Loan Submission.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to build, manage, and drive a high-performing sales team for a leading fintech organization. The role involves team setup, field supervision, and driving loan submissions to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
Drive loan sourcing and ensure quality submissions.
Monitor daily productivity and conversion ratios.
Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
Develop territory growth strategy and market penetration plans.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in sales/fintech/loan products preferred.
Strong team handling and leadership skills.
Good communication and local market knowledge.
1year team handling with strong leadership qualities can also apply.
