We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and promote our logistics services including Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Customs Clearance, and Transportation. The candidate should have strong market knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Import & Export logistics
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and client visits
Promote freight forwarding services:
Air Freight
Sea Freight (FCL & LCL)
Customs Clearance
Transportation & Warehousing
submit competitive freight quotations
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business
Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for smooth shipment execution
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep track of market trends, competitors’ pricing, and customer requirements
Update CRM and maintain proper sales records and reports
