Role Description
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in modular interiors or furniture sales who can drive growth and build strong B2B partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new clients — including designers, architects, and contractors.
Generate B2B leads and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the production team for execution.
Conduct client visits, follow-ups, and maintain strong relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly progress reports.
Support marketing efforts through exhibitions, networking events, and presentations.
Requirements:
✅ 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development in modular interiors/furniture/interior execution.
✅ Understanding of modular furniture manufacturing processes (cutting, edge banding, assembly, etc.) preferred.
✅ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✅ Self-driven with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
✅ Must have own vehicle for client visits.
