Core Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales: Actively approach customers, identify their needs, provide detailed product information, and up-sell or cross-sell products to meet sales goals.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a positive shopping experience, resolve complaints, and handle product returns efficiently

Merchandising & Store Maintenance: Maintain tidy, well-organized, and fully stocked shelves and displays, following visual merchandising guidelines.
Sales Transactions: Accurately process cash, credit card, and other transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Inventory Control: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and tracking merchandise to ensure stock levels are accurate.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor activity.
