About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for the Waste Management industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, client acquisition, relationship management, and promoting waste management solutions to industrial and commercial clients in and around Bhiwadi.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in industrial areas and manufacturing units

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth

• Promote waste management services and sustainability solutions

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations

• Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service execution

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiation discussions with clients

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Maintain sales reports and customer database

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of B2B sales and marketing

• Ability to handle client meetings independently

• Knowledge of industrial sales will be preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting

Qualification

• Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• Prior experience in waste management, environmental services, industrial sales, or facility management preferred
