Your MissionAs a Manufacturing Productivity Consultant, your role is to understand customer machining challenges and recommend practical technical solutions that improve manufacturing performance.

This is not a conventional sales job.

You will work closely with production managers, maintenance engineers, plant heads and business owners to improve machining productivity through technical application support and industrial process improvement.

• What You Will DoVisit CNC machine shops, tool rooms, MSMEs and manufacturing companies across Nashik and nearby industrial areas.

• Understand customer machining processes, production challenges and productivity requirements.

• Recommend suitable cutting tools, CNC tooling systems, bandsaw blades, tapping machines, tool resharpening machines, tool-room machinery and metalworking fluid solutions.

• Conduct live product demonstrations and application trials at customer sites.

• Explain measurable productivity, quality and cost-saving benefits to customers.

• Prepare quotations and solution proposals in coordination with the technical and commercial teams.

• Build long-term relationships with production managers, maintenance teams and company owners.

• Maintain customer visit reports, quotations and follow-ups using the company CRM.

• Represent MechMatrix at industrial exhibitions, technical seminars and customer events.

• Continuously learn new manufacturing technologies, machining applications and industrial products.

• Who Should Apply?Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.

• Freshers with a strong learning attitude are welcome.

• Candidates with 0–20 years of experience in industrial products, machine tools, cutting tools or manufacturing are preferred.

• Comfortable travelling for customer visits.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
