Job Summary

RR Steel Traders is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our field sales team in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining relationships with existing customers, generating sales enquiries, and converting leads into orders.

Candidates with experience in steel, construction materials, hardware, building materials, or industrial products will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit existing and potential customers regularly to generate business.

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

• Promote and sell steel and related products to customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, fabricators, dealers, and industrial customers.

• Generate sales enquiries through regular market visits and customer interactions.

• Follow up with customers from enquiry to order closure.

• Negotiate with customers and support the sales process.

• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer requirements.

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and identify repeat-business opportunities.

• Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.

• Maintain basic records of customer visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and orders.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales / business development / marketing preferred.

• Experience in steel, construction materials, hardware, building materials, or industrial products is an advantage.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with frequent field visits and meeting customers.

• Good knowledge of the Hyderabad/Secunderabad market is preferred.

• Must have a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence, as applicable.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Ability to independently manage customer visits and follow-ups.

Freshers can also apply if they have strong communication skills, confidence in customer interaction, and a willingness to learn sales.

Salary & Benefits
