Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive talent to handle daily field and marketing tasks. In this role, you will be the face of LOANGURU in the market, responsible for generating new leads, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process through accurate document collection. If you are target-driven and love being out in the field, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Marketing & Daily Tasks: Execute daily field activities to promote LOANGURU’s financial services and increase brand awareness.

• Lead Generation: Actively bring in new queries and identify potential clients in the Sonipat area.

• Client Engagement: Meet with prospects to explain our financial products and guide them through the application process.

• Document Collection: Ensure timely and accurate collection of all required documentation from clients for loan processing.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel locally within Sonipat for field work.

• A target-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.

• Basic understanding of financial products (prior experience in sales or finance is a plus, but motivated freshers are welcome).

• Good organizational skills to manage daily queries and documents efficiently.
