Job Description – Solar Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Company

M.G. Enterprises Solar is a solar energy solutions company dealing in rooftop solar systems, on-grid solar systems, hybrid solar systems and solar installation services. We are looking for motivated candidates to join our sales and marketing team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new customer leads through field visits, phone calls and local marketing.

• Explain rooftop solar systems and PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana to customers.

• Meet homeowners, shopkeepers and business owners to promote solar products.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Arrange customer meetings and solar site visits.

• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred; freshers can also apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Interest in sales, marketing and renewable energy.

• Basic smartphone usage and willingness to work in the field.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field sales.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
