• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services

• Manage the complete sales process — from initial contact to deal closure

• Maintain and update client information in the CRM

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

• Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to enhance client satisfaction

• Prepare and present proposals or demos as required

🎯 Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (BBA/B.Com/MBA preferred for corporate roles)

• Proven sales skills or strong desire to grow in a sales career

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

• Real estate/SaaS/digital services experience preferred
