Job Title: Sales Executive – Field Sales (Chemical Industry)

Job Summary We’re looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to drive field sales of specialty chemicals (solvents, polymers, additives, etc.) within an assigned territory. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving revenue targets through on‑ground relationship building.

Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in the assigned region (manufacturers, distributors, traders).

- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and product demos at customer sites.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision‑makers & procurement teams.

- Prepare daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback notes.

- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules; close deals on‑ground.

- Coordinate with production & logistics for timely dispatch and after‑sales service.

- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback; share insights with management.

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, B.Tech, or MBA (Marketing/Sales).

- 0–3 years of field sales experience (chemical, pharma, or industrial products preferred).

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

- Proficiency in MS Office & basic CRM tools.

Preferred Skills- Experience selling specialty chemicals, solvents, polymers, or additives.

- Familiarity with local market dynamics (state‑wise regulations, industrial clusters).

- Own vehicle & valid driving license.
