Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve any on-site issues or quality-related disputes concerning the concrete supply.
Client interpretation: Understand and interpret a client's specific project requirements to recommend the best and most cost-effective RMC solutions. Relationship management
Cultivate client relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Conduct seminars: Organize workshops and seminars to educate civil engineering professionals on the company's products and new concrete technology. This helps to build brand value.
Gather feedback: Act as a communication link between the customer and the company's R&D team to provide feedback on product performance. Coordination and reporting
Internal coordination: Work closely with the production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of concrete.
Administrative tasks: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and customer feedback.
