Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our nursing courses and drive student enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle student inquiries effectively.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through online and offline channels
Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities
Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
Achieve monthly admission targets
Promote academy services on social media platforms
Coordinate with the admissions and academic team
Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of marketing and social media
Ability to convince and convert leads into admissions
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
🔹 Experience
0–2 years in sales, marketing, or education counseling (freshers can apply)
🔹 Salary & Benefits
₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
