Job Summary
Just Konnect Logistics Solutions is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new customers and developing strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our logistics, transportation, international courier, freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain solutions to businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and digital channels.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their logistics requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Sales Activities
• Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service presentations.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service support.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
Marketing Activities
• Promote company services through social media, WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, and networking events.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Support branding and lead-generation initiatives.
• Maintain customer and prospect databases.

Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, courier, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently and travel locally for client meetings.
Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may apply.
• Prior experience in logistics, courier, freight forwarding, transportation, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
