Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Glass Showroom)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive for our glass showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and supporting local marketing activities to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements related to glass products (toughened glass, mirrors, partitions, railings, etc.)

• Explain product features, quality, specifications, and pricing to customers

• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales

• Develop new clients through site visits, calls, and references

• Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business

• Support marketing activities such as local promotions, banners, brochures, and lead follow-ups

• Maintain daily sales reports, customer data, and follow-up records

• Coordinate basic billing and payment follow-ups with the office team

Marketing Responsibilities

• Conduct local area marketing and showroom promotions

• Visit construction sites to generate inquiries and leads

• Encourage builders and contractors to visit the showroom

• Support exhibitions, seasonal offers, and promotional campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in sales & marketing (glass, hardware, or building material industry preferred)

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Ability to negotiate and close deals

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software is a plus)

• Two-wheeler preferred for site visits
