Fully Target-Based Job
Sales Commission: 2% on total sales.
Recruitment Bonus: ₹300 to ₹500 commission per candidate recruitment.
Monthly Targets & Working Terms:
Minimum Box Quantity Target: 80 to 150 boxes per month (calculated across 26 working days).
