The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Interior Designing firms and have strong skills in client handling, lead generation, sales conversion, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads for interior design, construction, and related services.

• Identify potential residential and commercial clients.

• Handle customer inquiries and understand their interior/design requirements.

• Conduct client meetings and explain company services and project offerings.

• Coordinate and arrange site visits with prospective clients.

• Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and market visits.

• Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.

• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and conversions.

• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase project enquiries and company visibility.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Experience in Interior Designing, Construction, or Real Estate is mandatory/preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and client-handling skills.

• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

• Professional presentation and convincing skills.

• Knowledge of local market and client network will be an advantage.

• Candidates with experience handling interior design/project sales will be given preference.
