Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Fresher

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive B2C sales and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer interaction, and closing sales while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• 1 year of sales/B2C sales experience will be an added advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
