About the Role

Kalorex Future School is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the

school's marketing, brand-building, admissions-generation and community engagement initiatives.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital and offline marketing

strategies to increase school visibility, generate qualified admission enquiries, strengthen parent

engagement and support student enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with admission and enrolment

targets.

Build the school's brand positioning and communicate its academic philosophy, facilities,

achievements and unique offerings.

Identify target parent segments and develop campaigns accordingly.

Monitor competitors, market trends and local education-market opportunities.

2) Admissions & Lead Generation

Develop marketing campaigns to generate quality admission enquiries.

Work closely with the Admission Counselling team to improve lead follow-up and conversion.

Analyse the complete admission funnel—from enquiry to campus visit to application and enrolment.

Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, campaign performance and admission targets.

Develop strategies to improve enquiry-to-admission conversion.

3). Events & School Promotions

Plan and promote open houses, exhibitions, parent engagement events, workshops, seminars,

competitions and school activities.

Develop local-area marketing initiatives to increase awareness among parents.

Coordinate school branding, outdoor advertising, print campaigns and promotional activities.

Build relationships with relevant community groups, institutions and local partners.
