The primary objective of this role is to boost both Primary and Secondary sales within specified regions, in order to achieve our Monthly Sales and Collection Targets.
Key Challenges: This role entails the responsibility of driving sales through a well-established distributor and dealer network in assigned areas.
· Managing Primary and Secondary sales in assigned areas.
· Follow-up on payments with assigned channel partners.
· Ensuring the attainment of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales Targets and Collections.
· Appointing new dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
· Maintaining Brand and Retail visibility through various Marketing Communication Elements like Posters, Danglers, Glow Signs, etc.
· Tracking competition, including pricing, product offerings, and schemes, in collaboration with dealers and distributors.
· Providing daily work reports and discussing tours with your Reporting Head.
· Regularly traveling to meet with distributors and dealers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Should have experience working in the Lighting sector.
· Should have good dealer & distributor network.
· Sales volume growth
· Timely collection of Overdue
· Ability to write routine reports, letters, and documents.
· Readiness to travel.
· Proven track record of meeting sales targets
