Job Role: Marketing Executive (Field Executive)

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the institute, generating leads, and increasing student enrolments through effective marketing strategies and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Admissions

• Generate leads through school visits, local marketing activities, and outreach programs.

• Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert leads into admissions.

• Support the admissions team in achieving monthly enrolment targets.

Marketing & Promotion

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and install banners/posters in targeted areas.

• Represent the institute at seminars, education fairs, and promotional events.

• Build partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and educational organizationsStudent & Parent Interaction

• Guide and inform students and parents about courses, fee structure, scholarship tests, and batch timings.

• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

Market Research

• Track competitor activities and market trends.

• Share insights and feedback to improve marketing strategies and brand visibility.

Skills Required

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong marketing and convincing abilities
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing
✅ Ability to work with targets and deadlines
✅ Good networking and relationship-building skills

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Freshers can also apply.

• Prior experience in marketing or the education industry will be an added advantage.

Important Note

The candidate must be willing to go for field visits, school visits, and outdoor marketing activities as part of the job role.
