Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team at GA Consulting services . This role requires candidates who excel in building strong customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities through direct field interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, developing effective sales strategies, and driving business growth in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

Close sales through various methods including field visits, cold calling, and client presentations.

Build strong, lasting customer relationships to meet or exceed sales targets.

Research and develop creative sales strategies to achieve and improve sales results.

Report performance metrics, challenges, and feedback to management regularly.

Maintain and expand the client database effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: MBA in field sales.

Strong knowledge of various sales techniques and methods.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using basic technology and sales-related tools.

Ability to work independently, with strong self-motivation and drive.
