Position: Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 Years
Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Science) / B.Tech

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of sales experience along with a strong technical or scientific educational background.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting products/services, conducting product presentations, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, lead generation, and customer references.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

• Travel within Bangalore and nearby regions as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or Engineering (B.Tech).

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, technical sales, or customer-facing roles.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand technical products and effectively explain their benefits to customers.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technical sales, industrial products, laboratory products, healthcare, biotech, chemicals, instrumentation, or engineering solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and relationship-management skills.

• Knowledge of the South India market will be an advantage.

• Ability to independently manage customer visits and sales activities.

Final Interview & Training – Nashik

• Shortlisted candidates will be required to travel to Nashik, Maharashtra for the final interview and initial training program.

• The company will bear the travel expenses for the candidate’s journey to and from Nashik, as per company policy.

• Accommodation and stay expenses in Nashik during the final interview and training period will also be borne by the company.

• The final interview and training schedule will be communicated to shortlisted candidates in advance.

• Candidates should be willing to travel to Nashik for the required final interview and training.
