Key Responsibilities

Sales

Generate leads through digital marketing, SEO, ads

Convert walk-in, online, and inquiry leads into customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and test rides for potential customers.

Explain product features, battery performance, range, and benefits of electric bicycles.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Marketing

Promote E bike Shop products through digital marketing activities including paid ads.

Conduct residential, corporate, college, and community outreach campaigns.

Generate partnerships with housing societies, fitness clubs, corporates, and cycling communities.

Assist in social media promotions, lead generation campaigns, and local marketing events.

Collect market intelligence and competitor insights.

Customer Engagement

Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.

Handle customer queries regarding products, financing options, warranties, and service support.

Coordinate with the service team for post-sales customer support.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for sales, marketing, and sustainable mobility.

Experience in EV, automobile, bicycle, retail, fitness, or consumer product sales preferred.

Willingness to travel for field sales activities.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an advantage.
