Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients interested in interior design services.

• Understand client requirements and communicate the offerings of Einterio effectively.

• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings with designers.

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Keep records of sales, inquiries, and client communications.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for sales and interior design.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM tools).

• Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.

• Experience: Fresher to 3 years in sales (interior design, real estate, or similar preferred).
