Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Expert to drive sales growth in the clothing and textile segment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of fabrics, garments, and textile products, along with proven experience in field sales, customer relationship management, and market expansion. This role involves frequent travel, client meetings, and on-site product presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, fashion brands, and institutional buyers.
Expand the customer base by prospecting and onboarding new clients in assigned territories.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for clothing and textile product lines.
Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers using solid product knowledge and persuasive communication.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
Provide after-sales support, handle customer feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
Provide regular field reports and insights to management.
Product Expertise:
Demonstrate deep knowledge of textile materials, garment construction, fabric types, and product applications.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
Operational Activities:
Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to represent the brand.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of field sales experience in textiles, garments, or apparel manufacturing.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong product presentation and client engagement skills.
Knowledge of textile/fabric types, garment production, and fashion retail industry.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
