We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive whose primary responsibility is to fill all vacant hostel beds (currently 60 beds) through active sales, local marketing, and lead conversion. This role offers attractive incentives per bed filled.
Sell hostel beds to students, working professionals, and tenants
Achieve and exceed monthly bed-filling targets
Ensure 100% occupancy in minimum time
Generate leads through field visits, colleges, coaching institutes, offices, brokers, and referrals
Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, WhatsApp, and online leads
Tie-ups with agents, consultants, and nearby institutions
Conduct hostel property visits and explain facilities, rules, and pricing
Follow up with prospects and close admissions
Collect booking amount, documents, and coordinate check-in
Maintain daily sales report (leads, visits, conversions)
Coordinate with hostel operations team for smooth onboarding
Provide market feedback on pricing and competition
Target: Fill 60 vacant beds
Incentive: Attractive incentive per bed filled (details to be shared during interview)
Unlimited earning potential based on performance
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Experience in hostel, PG, real estate, or field sales preferred
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Field sales mindset with hunger to earn incentives
Good communication in Hindi, English & local language
Self-driven and result-oriented
