Job Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with property sales leads.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and transactions.
Maintain client records and update the CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
