Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our Electrical Control Panels, Industrial Automation Solutions, and Electrical Products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, handling client inquiries, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through cold calling, field visits, networking, and digital platforms.
Identify potential clients and build a strong customer database.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
Conduct product presentations and explain company offerings to prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and submit monthly sales reports.
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industrial events as required.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Electrical Control Panels, Industrial Automation, or Electrical Products (Preferred).
Strong lead generation and business development abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Email Communication, and Internet Applications.
Good presentation and customer relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant Sales & Marketing experience are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Industrial Sales, Electrical Control Panels, Automation Products, or related industries.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
