Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our premium Kasturi Adivasi Herbal Hair Oil. The ideal candidate will be passionate about herbal wellness products, skilled in building customer relationships, and capable of driving sales growth through both direct and indirect marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Identify and approach potential retail partners, distributors, and direct customers.

• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits.

• Plan and implement local marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in sales/marketing (FMCG, herbal, products preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and promotions.

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage.
