We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential clients, pitching products/services, and closing sales to drive business growth. This role involves travel within the assigned territory and building strong customer relationships.
Visit potential customers within the assigned area to promote and sell products/services.
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Deliver product demonstrations and explain technical aspects to clients.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of daily visits, customer interactions, and sales reports.
Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Ensure post-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Proven experience as a field sales representative or similar role is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software is an advantage.
Comfortable with local travel and outdoor sales.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license. (If applicable)
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
