Roles and responsibilities Independently generate leads; no leads will be provided by the Head Office. Branch will not assign walk-in leads; all sales depend on personal prospecting efforts. Only sales above ₹6.5 Lakhs (including tax) will be considered valid. Utilize in house software for estimations and client proposal support. Report directly to the Branch Manager for updates, progress, and guidance. During the initial period, no sales targets are assigned; focus on learning processes, systems, and client interaction. Build and maintain strong client relationships (Silver Envoy level) to drive sustainable business. Responsible for 1 sale booking (token collection only) initially. From the initial months, aim to achieve 2 sale bookings per month. Role requires 100% on-site work or working from office to generate leads effectively.
