Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in laboratory chemicals, glassware, and consumables. The role involves working closely with multinational companies (MNCs), traveling across the state, and building strong customer relationships through lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify, approach, and engage potential clients across industries, focusing on MNC laboratories and food safety companies.
Lead Generation: Proactively source new leads through networking, cold calls, and market research.
Client Engagement: Conduct meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to showcase solutions.
Follow-ups & Conversion: Maintain consistent communication with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term customers.
Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers.
Travel: Regular travel across the state to meet clients, attend industry events, and expand market presence.
Reporting: Provide timely updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Business Administration preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of field sales experience in laboratory products, chemicals, or consumables.
