Job Overview

We are hiring energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives for field sales roles. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, and selling a range of financial and real estate products.

Key Responsibility

• Conduct field sales and meet potential customers (B2C).

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Promote and sell financial and insurance products.

• Handle customer queries and provide suitable product solutions.

• Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.

• Work across multiple product segments including real estate and financial services.

Required Skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Good communication and convincing ability

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Prior experience in sales, insurance, banking, or field marketing will be an advantage
