About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Field Sales professional to develop business and generate sales for our glass manufacturing products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with B2B customers, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.

• Generate leads through field visits, market research, references, networking and other channels.

• Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and promote company products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up for order closures.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables when required.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, quotations, orders and sales activities.

• Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Head/Management.

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

• Identify opportunities to increase sales with existing customer
