Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive field sales and build a strong distributor network for our household product manufacturing division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in market development, dealer/distributor onboarding, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand distributor and dealer network across target markets

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities

• Visit clients, retailers, and distributors to promote products

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners

• Conduct market research to identify demand and competition

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery

• Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and follow-ups

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in household products / ELECTRICAL ITEMS / manufacturing

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently in a field-based role

• Good communication and negotiation abilities

• Own conveyance is mandatory (reimbursement will be provided)
