Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Business Consultant / Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to drive machine sales, conduct demos, grow our customer base, and build strong industry relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate new business for laser cutting, engraving & marking machines.
- Identify potential clients through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and pitches to showcase offerings to potential clients.
- Regular Follow up on the genuine leads.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close deals.
- Develop market segments like signage, fabrication, packaging, and branding industries.
- Coordinate with technical teams for installation & after-sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for new business acquisition and retention.
What Were Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of field sales experience.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable with field travel.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM, and industrial equipment.
