We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Caspian Management Services Llp. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹29,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify walk-in customers at store and convert as painting business
2. At home consultation, Product/Shade selection support and quotation sharing
3. Coordinate with the painting contractor and give work schedule
4. Supervision of Work-in-Progress Sites.
5. Ensure prompt payment collection from the customers as per defined payment terms.
6. Ensure work is completed as per customer expectation with good Net Promoter Score.
7. Bike mandatory.
8. Sales Job with Target oriented on monthly bases.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
