Key Responsibilities

- Generate new client leads through calls, walk-ins, and referrals.

- Schedule and conduct site visits with potential homebuyers.

- Present project details, features, and pricing to clients effectively.

- Maintain strong follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into sales.

- Handle client queries professionally and build long-term relationships.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.

- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and updates.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).

- Experience: 0–2 years in real estate or direct sales (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
