We are hiring ambitious, energetic, and target-driven professionals to promote programs offered by the National Institute of Robotics & Artificial Intelligence through student counselling, admissions guidance, institutional outreach, and business development activities.
Your Role
Counsel students and working professionals regarding career-oriented programs
Generate admissions through field visits, lead generation, follow-ups, and institutional outreach
Conduct meetings with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and corporates
Manage lead pipeline, reporting, and CRM updates
Execute promotional and business-development activities
What We Expect
Strong communication & convincing skills
Confidence in field work and direct interaction
Confident and at ease in achieving both weekly and monthly sales targets.
Self-discipline, productivity, and target-oriented mindset
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Daily activity, visits, lead generation, and conversions shall form part of monthly performance evaluation
Preferred
✔ Experience in Education, EdTech, Counselling, Sales, Insurance, or Marketing preferred
