Key Responsibilities:

·         Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement plans to meet sales goals, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies for land/property.

·         Client & Relationship Management: Build strong bonds with landowners, developers, buyers, and stakeholders; act as a key liaison.

·         Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new land opportunities, pursue prospects through networking, referrals, and market research.

·         Negotiation & Closing: Handle contract negotiations for land purchases/sales, ensuring profitable deals and legal compliance.

·         Market Expertise: Provide insights on market conditions, property values, competitor activity, and industry trends.

·         Team Leadership: Mentor and guide less experienced sales reps, oversee sales administration, and ensure customer service excellence.

·         Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management.

·         Marketing & Events: Collaborate with marketing, represent the company at events, and promote brand presence. 

Core Duties:

·         Conduct property viewings and detailed briefings.

·         Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

·         Deliver presentations and demonstrate property value.

·         Ensure compliance with real estate laws.
