Sales & Marketing Executive

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to drive lead conversion across online and offline channels.

• Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives to achieve conversion goals and KPIs

• Plan and execute local field campaigns, activations, and brand awareness initiatives.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine targeting and messaging.

• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure high-quality leads and a seamless customer journey.

• Monitor and optimize lead funnels through A/B testing and campaign improvements.

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI

• Identify and build strategic partnerships to expand outreach and lead generation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in B2C or field marketing

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution

• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English

• Strong analytical thinking and project management abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• A two-wheeler or a four-wheeler is mandatory for field visits and client meetings.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in service-based industries such as security, surveillance, SaaS, or telecom

• Hands-on experience in lead nurturing and CRM strategy development

• Prior experience managing both on-ground and in-office marketing teams
