We are not looking for account managers or relationship coordinators. We want an aggressive Sales Executive whose primary heartbeat is closing deals. Your core mandate is triple-fold: selling high-ROI digital marketing packages, closing enterprise-grade custom software solutions across all industry departments, and aggressively onboarding new franchising brands onto the Mr Franchise India marketplace.

## Key Responsibilities
## 1. Aggressive Lead Generation & Prospecting
* Execute relentless outbound sales campaigns via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, field visits, and network mapping.
* Target founders, CXOs, and Head of Franchising departments across all major business sectors.
* Build and own a high-velocity sales pipeline from scratch to ensure daily conversion milestones.
## 2. Core Sales Execution
* Pitch and sell Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, lead-generation campaigns, and branding packages) to businesses looking for rapid growth.
* Sell Custom Software Solutions tailored for diverse corporate operational departments (HRMS, ERP, CRM, and Supply Chain systems) across multiple industries.
* Pitch Mr Franchise India premium listing plans to brands, persuading them to onboard onto our marketing ecosystem.
* Conduct powerful, value-driven live demos that visually address client pain points and fast-track deal closures.
## 3. Closing & Revenue Accountability
* Overcome pricing and systemic objections with advanced negotiation and consultative closing frameworks.
* Consistently hit and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets set by management.
* Maintain immaculate CRM logs (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) tracking communication status and deal stages.

## Required Profile & Skillset

* Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B Field Sales, IT/Software Sales, Digital Agency Sales, or Franchise Development.

* Domain Knowledge: Functional understanding of digital marketing metrics (ROI, CPL, CPA) and basic corporate software architectures.
* Mobility: Ready to travel for high-ticket in-person client presentations and trade expos.
