Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) for the North East region. The role focuses on franchise onboarding, business expansion, and achieving monthly growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard new franchise partners across the North East region.

• Achieve a minimum target of 5 franchise openings per month.

• Manage complete franchise onboarding files and documentation.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand regional presence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operations.

• Submit regular performance and progress reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proven ability to achieve monthly targets.

• Willingness to travel within the North East region.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on performance).

• Incentive: 1% incentive per file on successfully closed and approved franchise onboarding files.
