About the Role

Axion Charge is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to sell EV charging solutions for 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, and 4-wheelers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through B2B and B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell AC Chargers and DC Chargers for 2W, 3W, and 4W electric vehicles.

• Generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and other sales activities.

• Develop B2B business with EV manufacturers, dealers, distributors, fleet operators, and charging station operators.

• Handle B2C sales by engaging with individual customers and EV owners.

• Identify new market opportunities and build strong customer relationships.

• Explain product features, technical specifications, and suitable charging solutions to customers.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, follow up on leads, and close sales.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Coordinate with technical and service teams for installation and after-sales support.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in EV charger sales or a related field is preferred.

• EV industry knowledge is preferred.

• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.

• Basic understanding of AC and DC EV chargers.

• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales.

Candidate Preference

• Candidates with experience in EV charging infrastructure, EV components, or automotive sales will have an added advantage.
