Hiring: Sales Specialist - Broadband (Field Sales)

Experience: 0 to 4 Years (Freshers with good communication skills welcome)
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales: Conduct door-to-door (D2D) visits, apartment mapping, and society campaigns to get new subscribers.

• Lead Generation: Identify high-potential residential areas and commercial complexes.

• Product Demo: Explain high-speed internet plans, Wi-Fi solutions, and OTT packages to customers.

• Permission Management: Coordinate with society secretaries and builders for network installation permissions.

• Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly customer onboarding and activation targets.

• Documentation: Collect accurate KYC documents for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Mandatory: Must own a Two-Wheeler with a valid Driving License.

• Added Advantage: Prior experience in Telecom, ISP, BFSI, FMCG, or Field Sales.
