DECFORT is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and securing interior design and renovation projects. The role involves on-ground marketing, approaching residential societies, and establishing tie-ups with both old and new apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Field Sales
Identify and approach potential clients in residential areas.
Generate leads for interior design and renovation projects.
2. Old Apartment Approach (Renovation Focus)
Visit old apartments and residential societies.
Pitch house renovation and interior upgrade solutions.
Build relationships with:
Apartment associations
Society managers
Individual homeowners
Promote renovation packages and offers by DECFORT.
3. New Apartment Tie-Ups (Interior Work)
Develop tie-ups with:
New apartment projects
Builders and developers
Site engineers and sales teams
Generate interior work leads from newly handed-over flats.
Coordinate with clients for turnkey interior solutions.
4. Client Interaction & Sales Conversion
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable interior solutions.
Schedule site visits and design consultations.
Follow up with leads to convert into confirmed projects.
5. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and society contacts.
Ensure repeat business and referrals.
6. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily field visit reports and lead status.
Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project handover.
Requirements
Experience: Fresher and Experienced both can Apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of local areas and apartment networks is a plus.
Must have a two-wheeler (preferred).
