Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain business relationships with hotels, banquet halls, restaurants and catering companies.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the hotel and hospitality industry.
Promote and sell hotel and banquet-related products, including buffet counters, chafing dishes, banquet furniture and catering equipment.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations and regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders and timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Hotel, Banquet or Hospitality industry.
Good knowledge of hotel operations, banquet setups and catering requirements.
Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
Ability to generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
Target-oriented with good business development skills.
Proficiency in Hindi and basic English.
