Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills, market awareness, and a proactive approach toward sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and client visits

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned

• Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure timely order execution

• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements

• Resolve customer queries and handle complaints professionally

• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data

• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings when required

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build long-term customer relationships

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools

• Willingness to travel extensively (if required)

• Basic understanding of pricing, margins, and payment terms

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B / Industrial / Manufacturing sales

• Knowledge of the local market and customer base

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
